Last updated: 10 October 2026 · TechnoNet Sdn Bhd (198901005373)

This notice explains what personal data TechnoNet collects through technonet.ai and the enquiries you send us, why, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Our products have their own privacy policies (for example LexBill and Gold ERP). Systems we build or support for clients are governed by our contract with each client.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Cloudflare and email providers may process data outside Malaysia. We use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

5. Is it compulsory?

No. Contacting us is voluntary. If you do not give us your contact details, we cannot reply to you.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to [email protected]. We reply within 21 days.
