What does TechnoNet do?

TechnoNet builds, modernises, integrates and supports enterprise systems for government and business in Malaysia and Brunei, and has done so since 1989. It also makes EMAS, a family of private AI products that run on the customer's own infrastructure.

Where is TechnoNet based?

TechnoNet Sdn Bhd (company no. 198901005373) is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, and has been registered in Brunei since 2004 (AGO/RC/6266), with an office in Bandar Seri Begawan.

Which government agencies has TechnoNet worked with?

TechnoNet ran JKKP's national safety licensing system for 27 years (1999–2026), has run MPOB's palm oil licensing since 2003 and MBPJ's online services since 2007, delivered for the Prime Minister's Department (2012–2015), and is working with JPSM. In Brunei, it has supported Universiti Brunei Darussalam since 2011.

What is EMAS?

EMAS is TechnoNet's private AI family: KnowledgeCore (document intelligence), AuditCore (AI compliance scanning) and DecisionCore (explanations for automated decisions) are live, and GrowthCore is coming soon. EMAS AI products run on TechnoNet's own servers in Kuala Lumpur or on the customer's own infrastructure, with no third-party AI services in the data path.

How accurate is KnowledgeCore?

KnowledgeCore passed 100% (47 of 47 questions) on its published PDPA benchmark, which includes the full method, and 98% (42 of 43) on an academic-policy benchmark.
